When you submit a container storage booking request, we collect your name, company name (if any), email address, phone number, postal address, your chosen container size, start date and term, a general description of what you intend to store, and your acceptance of our storage licence terms. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, check availability, prepare your storage licence and deposit invoice, and administer your storage arrangement. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.
Booking form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree Inc., which processes the form data on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Both providers may process data outside the UK; they do so under recognised international data-transfer safeguards. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else except where required by law.
If your booking does not proceed, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep your information for the duration of your licence and for 6 years afterwards, as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded Google Map on our homepage is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
